Meet Ecolab's Food Safety Experts at IAFP

Lisa Robinson headshot

Lisa Robinson

Vice President, Global Food Safety & Public Health

Lisa R. Robinson is vice president of Global Food Safety and Public Health within the Research, Development & Engineering function of Ecolab Inc., the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and vital resources.

In this role, Lisa leads a global network of divisionally aligned food safety and public health team members and is responsible for the functional leadership of the company’s food safety and public health strategies.

Lisa Robinson is a recognized industry expert in food safety and public health protocols and strategies. She joined Ecolab in 2019, following nine years at SunOpta, Inc., where she most recently served as vice president of Food Safety and Quality Assurance. Lisa Robinson previously held positions in food safety and quality assurance at Target Corporation, Pepsi Bottling Group, General Mills, Inc. and Schreiber Foods, Inc.

Lisa Robinson has a master’s degree in Food Safety and a bachelor’s degree in Food Science from Michigan State University.

Mandy Sedlak

Senior Food Safety and Public Health Manager for EcoSure, a business of Ecolab. 

Mandy is a Sr. Manager of Food Safety and Public Health at EcoSure and a member of the Ecolab Global Food Safety and Public Health team.  She partners to provide technical and practical expertise in brand protection and is responsible for supporting customers to build and maintain systems, adopt best practices, and mitigate risks in their day-to-day operations working through industry challenges and helping find solutions.

Mandy has 20+ years of experience in industry operations, quality assurance and leading food safety and procurement teams with leading foodservice brands.

She is also a member of multiple organizations including the board of Business Industry Affiliates, (NEHA BIA),  Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO), and CFP (Conference for Food Protection).

Jeremy Adler

Jeremy Adler, PhD

Dr. Adler is a Sr. RD&E program leader for food safety. His primary responsibilities center on supporting the Global Food and Beverage innovation pipeline and deploying customer-facing food safety and quality management solutions as a core element of Ecolab digital innovation programs. Additionally, he works closely with Regulatory on proposed legislation that has the potential to impact Ecolab F&B and its customers. He has authored and co-authored several peer-reviewed publications in the Journal of Food Protection and Journal of Food Science.
