Douglas Gardner

Douglas Gardner

Douglas Gardner is a Corporate Scientist that has over 30 years of pest science research and industry expertise. Along with an MS degree in insect science, he has received designation as a Board-Certified Entomologist (BCE) and as a Registered Sanitarian (RS).

Douglas brings broad expertise in entomology, pesticides, and pest equipment. He specializes in the application of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) systems, especially for rodents and flying insects.

Larry Lake

Larry Lake

Larry Lake is an RD&E Program Leader with Ecolab’s Pest Elimination division. He is actively involved in advancing the industry by bringing IoT enabled pest solutions and services to the market. Over the course of his career, he has led development of new innovations; driving toward best customer outcomes and enabling safer, more ergonomic work practices for those executing on the service.. Larry holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Duluth Minnesota.
