Ecolab Recognized as a Top Employer for Women
Ecolab was recently recognized by DiversityComm Magazine — a publication that promotes the advancement of diversity in all aspects of business and employment — as a 2024 Top Women Employer.
DiversityComm’s Best of the Best list celebrates top companies that are building inclusive workplaces and are committed to recruiting, retaining and promoting a diverse workforce. In February, Ecolab was also recognized by DiversityComm as a 2024 Top Employer for the Black Community.
This acknowledgment is a reflection of Ecolab’s ongoing commitment to empower women and create an inclusive culture where every employee can thrive.
“Our success and growth as a company hinges on our ability to create a welcoming culture for all associates, one that is supportive, provides equal opportunity for advancement and in which all perspectives are heard,” said Dexter Davis, senior vice president of Human Resources, Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I). “I’m proud of the work we are doing to create an inclusive and equitable workplace for women and to advance women leadership in our company.”
In recent years, Ecolab has worked to increase gender diversity in all levels of business. The company has seen an increase in female and Black, Indigenous and people of color (BIPOC) executives, along with an increase in female new management-level hires and more women entering the leadership pipeline overall.
E3, an employee resource group (ERG), has helped drive Ecolab’s gender parity progress. With more than 4,300 members globally, the group has worked to strengthen the company’s recruitment, development and retention of female employees.
“Our success and growth as a company hinges on our ability to create a welcoming culture for all associates, one that is supportive, provides equal opportunity for advancement and in which all perspectives are heard.”
