Greg Cook is the Co-Chief Operating Officer, Global Businesses, for Ecolab Inc., the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and vital resources. 

Previously, Cook was executive vice president and general manager of Institutional Group. Since he started at Ecolab in 1997, Cook has held key finance, sales and general management roles across Food & Beverage, Textile Care and Institutional, including senior vice president of Global Corporate Accounts, senior vice president and general manager of Institutional Latin America, president of the Latin America Region, and senior vice president and general manager of Global Pest Elimination. He began his career at Ecolab as a senior financial analyst. 

He is a member of the National Restaurant Association Board of Directors and the Multicultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance. Past board advisory member of the Distinguished Restaurants of North America, the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities, and the World Travel & Tourism Council.  

Cook holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.
