Jandeen Boone is executive vice president, general counsel, secretary and interim chief compliance officer at Ecolab Inc., a global leader offering water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and the resources vital to life.
In her role, Boone sets the strategy and direction for the company’s global legal function. She leads a business-focused team with responsibility for legal support of Ecolab’s commercial operations, sustainability, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, litigation and compliance. Boone reports to Ecolab’s chief executive officer and serves on Ecolab’s Executive Committee.
Prior to this role, Boone served as the Sector General Counsel for Institutional & Specialty and International Markets.
Boone joined Ecolab in 2015 after spending six years as the Business Unit General Counsel for the Global Filtration business at Pentair plc, a provider of residential and commercial sustainable water management solutions. Her professional history also includes various legal positions in the software and pharmaceutical industries.
Boone has been a member of the North Memorial Health Foundation Board since 2015. She has been the Board Chair at the Foundation since 2022.
Boone holds a juris doctorate degree from William Mitchell College of Law (n/k/a Mitchell Hamline) and a Bachelor of Arts from St. Mary’s University in Winona, Minnesota.
