Margeaux King is executive vice president of Human Resources for Ecolab Inc., the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and vital resources. In her role, Margeaux sets the strategy and direction for the company’s global human resources function.

Margeaux has a rich history with Ecolab, having held several HR leadership roles during her initial tenure. She led Human Resources for several of Ecolab’s global businesses and functions and served as the senior vice president of Total Rewards and Global Talent. In 2022, Margeaux left Ecolab to become the chief human resources officer at The Toro Company, a position she held for over two years. She returned to Ecolab in early 2025 to assume the chief human resources officer position.

Margeaux's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in human resource development from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Arts in management and an MBA in organizational change from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota. She also completed the Modern CHRO Executive Program at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.

In addition to her role at Ecolab, Margeaux serves as a member of the HR and Compensation Committee for Allina Health and as a Leadership Board Member for the Human Resources Executive Council.
