Soraya Hlila is the executive vice president and general manager of Global Pest Elimination for Ecolab Inc., the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people, the planet and business health.

Previously, Hlila served Ecolab’s Europe market as vice president of Institutional sales, vice president of global and corporate Institutional accounts, senior vice president and general manager of Institutional and senior vice president of strategy for Institutional. An advocate of diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace, Hlila also served as the chair of E3, Ecolab’s employee resource group focused on empowering, engaging and energizing the organization to measurably accelerate the advancement of women and develop leaders to drive business growth, while in Europe.

Prior to joining Ecolab in 2019, Hlila led business growth, profitability and culture in France and Italy for Johnson Controls. She also worked for Schneider Electric for 16 years with focuses on business strategy and management, and cultural and business turnaround.

Born and raised in the Republic of Tunisia, Hlila is a multicultural and multilingual leader. Hlila holds a bachelor’s degree in business technics from the Higher Institute of Technological Studies of Rades and an MBA in marketing management from University of Wales.
