Hayley Crowe is the executive vice president and general manager of Ecolab’s Global Life Sciences sector, comprised of Ecolab’s Bioprocessing and Purification Technologies and Pharma and Personal Care businesses. Crowe is responsible for delivering value to our pharmaceutical, biotechnology and industrial customers with innovative downstream purification products and manufacturing decontamination solutions.

Previously, Crowe was executive vice president and general manager for Purolite, an Ecolab company and global leader in resin-based separation, purification and extraction technologies for the life sciences and critical industrial markets, including food and beverage, microelectronics and nuclear power. She also served vice president and general manager of Ecolab’s Global Life Sciences division, vice president of Global Corporate Accounts for Life Sciences and led the Life Sciences global corporate accounts sales team.

Prior to joining Ecolab in 2018, Crowe led the sales and marketing life sciences teams with IMI Precision Engineering. She also worked in global instrument marketing, pharmaceutical research and development roles for companies such as Waters, PerkinElmer, Novartis and Pfizer.

Crowe holds a bachelor’s degree in microbiology from the University of Michigan and a master’s degree in molecular and cellular biology from Eastern Michigan University.
