Jeff Bulischeck is executive vice president and general manager for Commercial Digital Sales for Ecolab, Inc., the global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and vital resources. In this role, he leads teams driving next-level commercial growth via integrated digital and AI systems.  

Prior to this role, Bulischeck led Nalco Water’s Global Heavy Industry, Mining and CTG division. During his time leading Global Heavy Water, Jeff and his team amassed significant learnings around digital deployment and digital sales growth, leading to his current role in commercial digital sales. Previously, he led Nalco Water’s Global Paper Chemicals division, providing innovative solutions to paper manufacturing companies. He also led Nalco Water’s Global Corporate Account group, working with customers in the food and beverage, manufacturing, institutional, power, primary metals, chemical, and pulp and paper segments to deliver improved operational costs and improved productivity.

Bulischeck has been with Nalco Water for 23 years and during his tenure, has held positions in various operating divisions, including general manager and vice president of business development in the Paper division and several leadership positions in the Industrial division, including general manager of North America.

Prior to joining the company, Bulischeck held a leadership position with Galileo Electro Optics, a regional manufacturer of fiber optic lenses. Prior to Galileo, he gained broad project engineering experience in the Commercial Nuclear division of Babcock and Wilcox. Prior to joining Babcock and Wilcox, Bulischeck was a physicist with the U.S. Department of Defense. 
Bulischeck holds a bachelor of science in Physics and Math. He is an active member of the Strategic Account Management Association.
